What are your delivery times?
We can arrange delivery according to your requirements. Generally, delivery takes 7-15 days by express, 15-25 days by rail, 30-45 days for sea freight to port, and around 45-70 days for door-to-door sea freight.

What is your warranty policy
We offer a 2-year warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper use, accidents or normal wear is not included. Please contact us with photos or videos if you have any quality issues.

How is the product quality?

Will the inkjet print fade?
We are equipped with high-definition digital spray printers and state-of-the-art UV printers. We regularly test inks and materials to prevent dull colors and fading caused by different production batches or temperature changes. We also use laminating machines to apply protective coating on every printed part. As a result, our prints feature vivid colors, great durability, and resist scratches and color loss effectively.
